Bernard is a Chartered Surveyor who has lived and worked in the Algarve for over 20 years. He has always been in the real estate business, and has over the years built up a reputation for his straightforward dealings and honest opinions (being from Yorkshire, would you expect anything else!).

SILVIA NOGUEIRA

Silvia has worked in the real estate business for 16 years, 8 of those with Bernard. Fluent in English as well as her native Portuguese, she also speaks French and some German. Silvia holds the official INCI Mediador’s Certificate, a qualification which has to be updated on a regular basis.

TESSA TUSON

Tessa has lived in the Algarve for 30 years, and during that time has worked in various aspects of real estate. An accomplished photographer, especially of properties, she has worked with leading holiday villa rental companies and has also run her own interior design company.
